Refunds & Returns

At 1965 Originals, we work with Printful to fulfill all orders. As a result, we are required to follow Printful’s return policies.

Please note the following:

No Returns for Wrong Size, Color, or Buyer’s Remorse: Printful does not accept returns or exchanges if you order the wrong size, color, or simply change your mind. We encourage you to review the size charts and product details carefully before placing your order to ensure a perfect fit.

Returns for Damaged, Mislabeled, or Defective Items: If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or mislabeled, Printful will cover the return. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to file a return for these issues. To process this, we require you to provide photo evidence of the problem. Please send clear photos of the damaged, defective, or mislabeled item(s) to our support email at 1965originals@gmail.com. Once we verify the issue, we will arrange for a replacement or refund as necessary.

Lost Items: If your order is lost in transit, Printful will cover the cost of a replacement or refund. Please note that all claims for lost items must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. However, Printful does not cover losses due to carrier errors (e.g. incorrect delivery). If an item is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, we recommend contacting the carrier for further assistance. For any lost items, please reach out to us at 1965originals@gmail.com.
